Built with the renowned craftsmanship and timeless styling that have made Westbay 64 yachts highly sought after, Cheese & Crackers is an extensively upgraded 2006 Westbay 64 Yachtfish that underwent a comprehensive factory retrofit in 2025, transforming the vessel with major interior, exterior, and technology upgrades throughout. Combining classic West Coast yacht design with modern systems and luxury amenities, she features fully updated Garmin navigation electronics with dual displays at each helm, a cockpit display, and a Furuno CH-500 sonar system for serious offshore fishing capability. Powered by twin Caterpillar 3406E 800 HP diesel engines, she cruises comfortably at 14–16 knots with top speeds reaching up to 24 knots.
The 2025 retrofit included all new bedding, carpets, wall coverings, table tops, bathroom counters, sinks, faucets, and a completely updated galley featuring new kitchen counters, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, and trash compactor.
